A Vietnamese coworking operator with 10+ locations approached me to design a unified digital platform for centralized listings, bookings, and workspace management.
The goal was to support their existing network while building a scalable marketplace capable of onboarding independent coworking spaces across Vietnam and nearby markets, positioning the product for early market leadership ahead of global players expanding in Asia

Designed a scalable product architecture with 30+ key screens and 5 core user flows covering discovery, booking, payments, and partner onboarding
The system supports 10+ existing locations and is structured to scale to 100+ spaces with third-party integrations. The architecture reduces manual processing, standardizes operations across locations, and prepares the platform for marketplace-level GMV growth. Development is now in progress, with an admin panel and operational dashboard planned for the next phase
